Keith Pabian

Founding Partner

Keith Pabian is the Founding Partner of Pabian Law, a national hospitality immigration firm that specializes in H-2B visas and year-round immigration options. Keith is also the Co-Founder/CEO of Seasonal Connect, a staffing and operational solution for seasonal organizations across the country. Keith has a unique specialization in working with hospitality organizations from coast to coast with H-2B visa petitions. Keith regularly presents at conferences on immigration topics affecting hospitality organizations and has received numerous awards for his success in providing solutions for employers’ most pressing staffing issues.

Keith has won numerous awards for his work, including Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, being named a Super Lawyer and Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past 10+ years (top 5% of attorneys nationally), recognition in the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, Small Business of the Year, and more.

Keith graduated from Union College and the Villanova University School of Law. He has years of experience with the hospitality industry through his work at Seasonal Connect and Pabian Law. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife, two sons, six chickens, and three ducks.

Allison Mosig

Attorney & Practice Area Manager

Allison joined Pabian Law with a desire to combine her love of hospitality and the law. As an Attorney specializing in H-2B seasonal visas, Allison works with our hospitality clients to prepare and file their seasonal visa petitions. In doing so, she prepares filings and petitions, performs legal research, and manages our incredible paralegals to meet the needs of our clients.

Before attending law school, Allison worked in hotel operations for seven years, where she managed front desk and housekeeping departments and became interested in the legal aspects of the hospitality industry. Allison enjoys being able to work with seasonal clients such as hotels, resorts, and country clubs and combining her knowledge of the law with her operational experience.

Allison received her B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

Nate Riccardi

Attorney

Nate is an Attorney who joined Pabian Law in 2014. Nate primarily focuses on assisting hospitality-industry clients navigate the process of applying for seasonal visas (H-2A and H-2B). Specifically, Nate specializes in helping clients find solutions to complex issues including audits, appeals, state/federal law intersection, government requests, and compliance analysis.

Nate graduated from Amherst College and Boston College Law School. Before attending law school, Nate spent two years as a paralegal at a Boston-based immigration firm, where he cultivated his interest in immigration law. Additionally, prior to joining Pabian Law, Nate practiced corporate law in downtown Boston.

Nate lives with his wife and two daughters in Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands – a temporary adventure due to a work assignment of his wife, Suzy.

Adena Bowman

Attorney

Adena Bowman is an immigration attorney with over ten years of experience dealing exclusively with immigration law. She has experience in a variety of different types of immigration law. Her main practice area has been helping companies sponsor employees to work in the U.S. Additionally, she has assisted numerous families and individuals on their immigration journey to the U.S.

Adena graduated from Texas A&M University and South Texas School of Law. She lives in Houston, Texas, where she is an enthusiastic supporter of the Astros.

Elizabeth Mavec

Associate Attorney

Liz Mavec is an immigration attorney at Pabian Law, specializing in the H-2B seasonal visa process. Her previous experience in immigration law focused on a wide scope of corporate and humanitarian immigration matters. This experience provides her with a holistic understanding of both the experiences of the petitioning businesses and also the individual immigrants. Liz uses her experience to analyze the legal nuances that often arise during the H-2B process while also addressing pressing employer compliance and regulatory obligations.

Liz graduated from Loyola University Chicago and University of Illinois Chicago Law, where she dedicated her time preparing asylum petition for Syrian Asylee seekers.

Kristina Tauginas

Associate Attorney

Kristina Tauginas is an Associate Attorney at Pabian Law, working on our H-2B seasonal visa team. With a passion for helping others, Kristina has dedicated her career to providing businesses and individuals with the highest level of legal representation. She has previous experience in commercial litigation, family law, and compliance.

Kristina graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law and holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies from Roosevelt University. She also completed her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two rescue cats.

Michelle Oduro

Associate Attorney

Michelle Oduro is an Associate Attorney at Pabian Law, working on our H-2B seasonal visa team. Michelle helps clients through the legal process of filing for seasonal visas and aims to make the process as smooth as possible for both clients and seasonal workers.

Michelle graduated from the University of Birmingham with an LLB and from the University of Southern California Gould School of law with an LLM. She is an enthusiastic horse rider and an avid reader of Fantasy fiction novels.

Raina Desai

Associate Attorney

Raina Desai is an Associate Attorney at Pabian Law, working on our H-2B seasonal visa team. Raina’s background has allowed her to gain a strong foundation in business law and immigration advocacy. Her experience working with corporate clients has provided her with valuable insights into the legal challenges businesses face today. Additionally, while in law school, Raina prepared asylum petitions and Applications for U.S. Lawful Permanent Residency (green card applications) for those seeking safety and stability in the United States.

Raina graduated from Villanova University School of Law. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Connecticut. Raina lives in Boston and enjoys discovering new coffee spots and binge-watching reality television in her free time.

Carly Eglin

COO of Pabian Law
Co-Founder/COO of Seasonal Connect

Carly Eglin is the Co-Founder/COO of Seasonal Connect and the COO of Pabian Law. Carly speaks often at conferences and on webinars about issues specific to seasonal employment. Her goal is to educate organizations about best practices, inform them of latest trends in the hospitality industry, and highlight solutions to organizations’ seasonal employment challenges. As a native of Cape Cod, Carly has also worked in the hospitality industry as a seasonal worker herself, which provides her with a dual perspective into the challenges of the hospitality and seasonal world.

Carly has been working in the seasonal employment space for over fifteen years and the immigration law space for eight years. She lives with her wife and three dogs in central Massachusetts and loves to go to the beach in her time off.

Murray Burwick

CFO of Pabian Law

Murray Burwick is the Chief Financial Officer of Pabian Law. Murray has 30 years’ experience in running small businesses. From running his own retail business to being a CFO at a manufacturing company to running a global ecommerce business. Murray has uses his strong financial background to help business drive growth and maximize profitability. His expertise lies in leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver sustainable results.

Murray has a degree in Finance from Drexel University. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Tamika Grant

Director of Human Resources

Tamika Grant is the Director of Human Resources for Pabian Law. She has many years of experience in human resources within multiple industries. Tamika oversees all the core areas of the firm’s human resources department along with HR strategy and development. Tamika is most passionate about the firm’s core values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Tamika holds a BA in HR Management from American Public University and is currently an MBA student concentrating in HR at SNHU. She is originally from Charleston, SC but currently lives in Michigan with her husband, children, and puppy.

Taylor Perry

Operations Manager

Taylor Perry is the Operations Manager at Pabian Law. She started in June of 2021 as an Operations Coordinator and has been a part of the revival of the in-office team. She is in a distinct position that allows insight into each part of Pabian Law, getting to see all aspects of each department. Taylor gets to be a part of much of the internal dialogue at Pabian Law regarding growth, restructuring, efficiencies, and works with a wonderful Operations team to make these things happen.

Graduating from the University of Rhode Island’s Business school, she misses the beaches but enjoys all the seasons Massachusetts offers. Taylor appreciates the complexity of each happening at Pabian Law, and looks forward to the continued climb.
